I am a Mother, Postpartum Care Provider, and passionate advocate for mothers, babies and the transition into Motherhood.

After becoming a mother myself, it became clear to me how deeply unsupported many women are in the postpartum period. I began to see the gap between what mothers truly need after birth and what modern motherhood often expects of them.

That led me into the world of Postpartum Care, and into what many call the Postpartum Renaissance: a growing movement restoring the wisdom, support, and care new mothers have always needed.

My work is grounded in the belief that when mothers are deeply supported, families thrive.

Through Mother Hearth, I help families prepare for the fourth trimester with practical education, holistic support, and a strong focus on ancient traditions and prescriptions of postpartum care.

My training includes the Newborn Mothers Postpartum Professional Programme (2020) and Innate Traditions Postpartum Care (2022).

My hope is to support a remembering, of the deep wisdom woven into our biological design, of the innate intelligence of motherhood, and of the profound importance of how we care for women in this threshold. When mothers are nourished, held, and honoured in the way they were always meant to be, they are given the foundation not only to heal, but to truly thrive, and in turn, so too do their babies, families, and communities.
